Privacy Policy

The uRadiate Service including the uRadiate Website (both are defined in the Terms and Conditions of Service) is a state-of-the-art and unique matching service that collects a wide variety of information from each User in order to create a highly customized profile unique to the User to enable an efficient, effective and smooth matching service for the User. uRadiate created and has provided this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") to assist you in understanding how we collect and use personal information that you provide to us when using the uRadiate Service. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meaning set forth for such terms in the Terms and Condition of Service.

The uRadiate Service collects a variety of information about you and may disclose such information to third-parties. By accepting uRadiate's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner described herein.

Information We Collect

Personally Identifiable Information

uRadiate collects personal information from you when you register for, or Post personal information to, the uRadiate Service. Such personal information includes, your name, email address, email address books, physical address, gender, age, demographic information, sexual orientation, relationship status, occupation, ethnicity, faith, and other personal information you provide to the uRadiate Service, including your responses to surveys, questionnaires and reviews and profile information you Post or otherwise, provide ("Personally Identifiable Information").

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

uRadiate also automatically receives and records non-personally identifiable information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, browser type, the dates and times of your visits and particular pages you request during your visits to the uRadiate Website ("Non-Personally Identifiable Information").

uRadiate uses the Non-Personally Identifiable Information, assigns "cookies" to your computer and uses standard Internet tools, such as "web beacons", for a variety of purposes, including: to improve the uRadiate Service; to facilitate access to the uRadiate Service; to personalize your online experience; to customize advertising; to customize content you see on uRadiate's Website; to fulfill your requests for our services and products; to conduct research; and, to contact you. Non-Personally Identifiable information may be shared with third parties to provide more relevant services and advertisement to Users. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any Personally Identifiable Information you submit while using the uRadiate Service.

You may choose to delete or decline cookies by changing your browser settings, however if you disable or restrict your cookie settings, some of the features or services provided by the uRadiate Service may not function or may not function properly.

Other than Financial Information (discussed below) uRadiate archives all information that you provide or we collect in the course of your use of the uRadiate Service, including but not limited to Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information (collectively, "Information"). uRadiate stores your Information on servers that are controlled by us, or controlled by third-parties with whom we have a contractual relationship, including a contractual commitment to our Privacy Policy. Such archived Information ordinarily will not be erased, and may not be deleted after you terminate or delete your account with the uRadiate Service. We assume no obligation or guarantee to archive any Information, and do not warrant that any archived Information will later be available.

Information Sharing

uRadiate does not share, sell or rent any of your Information, except as follows:

  • uRadiate may share Non-Personally Identifiable Information with advertisers, but does not provide any Personally Identifiable Information to advertisers;
  • uRadiate may provide Non-Personally Identifiable Information to service providers to assist uRadiate to provide the uRadiate Service;
  • uRadiate may be required to disclose Information (both Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information) pursuant to legal proceedings and requests, such as subpoenas, court order, legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights to defend against legal claims brought against uRadiate. Accordingly, uRadiate also may share your Information with lawyers, government agencies and other companies in connection with such proceedings;
  • In the event that the ownership of uRadiate were to change, your Information may be transferred to the new owner or owners.

The uRadiate Website may include links to other websites that are owned and operated by third party vendors or other third parties ("External Websites"). Such links are provided for your convenience only. You acknowledge that uRadiate is not responsible for the availability of, or any information, content, or other material including goods or services located on or through, External Websites. In addition, Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such External Websites. We encourage Users to be aware when they leave the uRadiate Service, and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects information from them. This Privacy Policy applies solely to Information collected by the uRadiate Service.

Changing or Removing Information

You may change, remove or otherwise modify your profile information and any other Personally Identifiable Information related to you at anytime by accessing your personal account. uRadiate cannot guarantee that such changes, deletions or modifications will occur to all prior information you provided, or will occur immediately. Such changes may take a period of time to take effect.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post a notice at the top of this page so Users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under the circumstances, if any, we disclose it.  In addition, we will not commence new information practices without first sending an email to Registered Users at their registered email address advising of the policy revision and how to opt out.

Acceptance

uRadiate's Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to uRadiate's Terms of Use Agreement. Please note that your continued use of the uRadiate Service after the date of any changes to the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy will signify that you have read and understood the entire modified Privacy Policy and Terms of Use as modified, and constitutes your acceptance of the modified Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

Non-US Residents

The uRadiate Service is intended for adults at least eighteen (18) years old, residing in the United States. If you are not a United States resident, you need not use the uRadiate Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are not a United States resident, your use of the uRadiate website shall constitute consent to the transfer, storage, use and disclosure of your Information in the United States in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.
